Agreement

Any participation in using the services provided by this website will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods are credit cards, PayPal or cash. All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Refund/Return Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case by case basis.

Intellectual Property Ownership

This site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Data & Scientific Inc., Toronto, Canada and are protected by International Copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Trust Token® is registered trade mark of Data & Scientific Inc. This company does not collect data on behalf of or distribute data to other companies.

Shipping Policy

All goods purchased are either downloadable or shipped via government run postal agency or at the buyer’s request shipped by courier services. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer in the amount agreed by the seller at the time of purchase except where the buyer had agreed to an alternative arrangement.

Late Delivery Policy

The buyer’s consent will be sought in advance where the possibility of a late delivery is anticipated.

Accounts Ownership

Patrons are encouraged to register and open an account for best experience and for support and accountability by all parties. Account creation is required prior to allowing full access to services provided through this site.

We may terminate your access to this site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Notice of Indemnity

Data & Scientific Inc. and its subsidiaries reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
